We see everyone on the Alumni programme as a colleague. As an organisation, we take collective responsibility to ensure all colleagues get the support they need.
When you join as an Alumni, you'll have the opportunity to meet some of the team and be introduced to other participants of the programme, so from day one you'll have a network of people you can go to with any questions.
Change tends to lead to some uncertainty; First job. New surroundings. Commuting. Working in a global business.
Whatever the change or concern, it can throw up many questions. Thankfully we like questions! No matter how small or strange your question may seem, we encourage you to ask it and promise we'll do our best to help.
Our appraisal process provides an opportunity for 360º feedback with the client, is helps you keep track of your progress and understand your objectives until the next review - critical for making sure you are continuously developing.
